They have been really kind to me as I moved to London for the first time. They have been very helpful and have variety of rooms in multiple locations and bills are included in the rent, which you’ll come to find out is a life saver when navigating a new city. Very impressed with the number of room options they have!

It's super easy to browse and reserve a room on their website. The place is exactly as described and shown in the photos and extremely smooth process from selecting a room to moving in.

Communication might be a bit staggered as i had to initiate it a couple times from my side before they reached out, but just got to trust them as they have everything lined up in time for move in.

Christine was lovely and patient with sending me their catalogue, and Sujata was really kind and assured me during the check in calls.

I have recently moved into one of their properties, and had a few issues. Sujata was prompt and immediately sent the maintenance team and got everything fixed.

I am in the final stages of becoming a tenant at this company. The demeanour of Christine has been impeccable, both professionally and personally. She is extremely well-mannered and culturally sophisticated. I think 'The London Tenant' is fortunate to have assets such as her. I am an academic myself and could easily connect with Christine's character and communication style which were based in serenity and clarity. She made me feel ultra-comfortable from the beginning, when I found the company. Additionally, Christine is sincere and sociable, delivering on her words; "What you see online is what you get in the property". Many agents say that but it doesn't happen. With Christine and 'The London Tenant', it happens.

After becoming a tenant with this company, I became acquainted with Sujata and Nissi. Nissi is very conscientious and his only concern is customer satisfaction, which should not be overlooked by the company. This is necessary to spread the good word among prospective tenants in the area. Additionally, Sujata is very approachable and knows how to make tenants feel safe. She even replies after work hours and is easy going. Currently, Nissi is following up on a maintenance issue for us and he is doing everything he can so our stay is comfortable. Sujata, on the other hand, bonds with tenants well and makes them feel part of the family. Hats off Sujata and Nissi!!!

I have had a very positive experience as a tenant with The London Tenant. From the very beginning, the team has been professional, friendly, and always willing to help. They made the whole renting process simple and straightforward, answering my questions promptly and keeping me informed every step of the way.
The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Whenever I had a maintenance issue or needed assistance, they responded quickly and arranged for the problem to be resolved without unnecessary delays.
