Once you have chosen your property, provide the required information and documentation so we can complete the application, referencing and Right to Rent checks.

To reserve the property while the application process is completed, you may be required to pay a holding deposit equivalent to one week’s rent.
Once your application has been approved, complete your tenancy agreement and required documentation and ensure all required move-in payments have been received.
We will then provide your check-in and key collection instructions so you can move into your new home.
