- Monthly Commission: Our monthly commission covers all-encompassing services, including managing tenant inquiries, providing a full maintenance service, and ensuring seamless rent collection.
2. Rent Collection Landlord Service

The Rent Collection service is tailored for landlords comfortable with assuming the full financial risk of property letting, and who possess the time and energy to manage it.

- Set-Up Fee: Similar to our Fully Managed Service, we charge a one-time set-up fee covering tenant acquisition, property preparations, interviews, agreement drafting, and inventory preparation.
- Lower Monthly Commission: As the landlord manages the property’s upkeep, the monthly commission is lower than the Fully Managed Service. The London Tenant takes charge of rent collection and ensures timely payment to the landlord via BACS.
3. Tenant Find Service

The Tenant Find Service is ideal for landlords comfortable with the full financial risk of letting a property and are prepared to manage it entirely.

- Advertising and Viewings: We advertise the property, accompany prospective tenants on viewings, and source the correct references.
- Set-Up Fee: Similar to our other services, we charge a one-time set-up fee, covering tenant acquisition, property preparations, interviews, agreement drafting, and inventory preparation. The fee varies based on the property type.
